If you have a SIM card in your hotspot device but is getting a "No SIM Card", try the following solution:

  1. Turn off your Hotspot Device
  2. Open your SIM card slot and remove SIM card briefly 
  3. Re-insert is card and power back up device


If that doesn't help, try factory resetting the device:

  1. Go to home screen of device
  2. Select "Settings"
  3. Navigate to Page 2
  4. Select 'Factory Reset"
