If you have a SIM card in your hotspot device but is getting a "No SIM Card", try the following solution:
- Turn off your Hotspot Device
- Open your SIM card slot and remove SIM card briefly
- Re-insert is card and power back up device
If that doesn't help, try factory resetting the device:
- Go to home screen of device
- Select "Settings"
- Navigate to Page 2
- Select 'Factory Reset"
