If you have made a mistake in your order or would like to cancel; please inform us within 24 hours at support@tesixwireless.com or by using the Tesix Wireless chat feature from 8AM-8PM CST.


  • Sim Kits are shipped out 24 hours after your order is confirmed
  • Mobile devices are shipped out 48 hours after your order is confirmed
  • Hotspot devices are shipped out 24 hours after your order is confirmed.
