To make a payment for your services, you will simply need to visit or select "Login" on any page on our website at Once you have visited the link, you will follow the following steps:

Login into your Tesix MyAccount:

Note: Your Pin is your Date of Birth used during activation in the format of MMDDYYYY.

Step 2:

Upon logging in, you will be greeted with your backend home screen. If you have multiple lines on your account, please be sure to select "Select a Line" to replenish the services of the correct line.

Step 3:

Once you have selected the line you wish to make a payment for, simply select "Make a Payment"next to your bill amount.

Step 4:

You will be brought to your "Payment Page". Scroll to the very bottom of the page until you see the"Instant Replenish Section".


Select the phone number you wish to replenish if not automatically selected.

You will be given the option to Pick which card you'd like to use and which plan you'd like to replenish. You are able to keep your same plan or automatically upgrade or downgrade your plan.
