If you signup for autopay, we’ll let you know by sending a text, email and/or by hiring a private investigator to inform you of failed payment.

 

Just kidding on that last one.

 

If you are not signed up for autopay, your service will be temporarily deactivated until you make your next payment.

 

Phone numbers will stay active for 5 days during the non-payment period. If your line goes into cancellation, your mobile number will not be recoverable. You will need to order a sim kit and reactivate.
