If you're trying to call a number only using the seven digits of the phone number and you're getting error messages or unusual busy tones, try making the call again using all ten digits.

Example:

Correct: 555-555-5555

Not Correct: 555-5555

While this is not mandatory, it can be a solutions to receiving busy signals when attempting calls from your device with Tesix Network.

Turn off Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi calling

Wi-Fi calling allows customers with specific phones to make calls over WIFI as opposed to our network towers. Try disabling Wi-Fi calling on your Ting account and on your phone, and then test making a phone call.

Try turning this feature on and off and rebooting your device.
