When there are no devices connected to your Netgear Unite (if purchased from Tesix) your device will disconnect itself to save energy.

Simply do the following:

  1. Unlock your Netgear Unite 770s
  2. Select "Alerts" on your home screen
  3. Find the alert that states "Network Disconnected"
  4. You will see "Connect" in the bottom right hand corner. Press connect and give your device 10 seconds to reconnect to network.

If you are still getting a disconnected error please ensure that your Hotspot billing with Tesix is up to date.
